Shipping & Delivery
Cameron's crafts can provide shipping, via Royal Mail for items purchased. The cost of postage is calculated by the weight of orders placed. For any items between 750-5kg, shipping is between £2.29 - £5. Any items that exceed this weight, will have a higher cost to them. For Business orders, please feel free to contact us to discuss shipping options and costs.
We aim to deliver all orders within 1-3 days of completion. Due to using Royal Mail, we unfortunately can't 100% guarantee the delivery times/dates. This also means that we can't take fault for shipping related issues/ damages.

Returns
At Cameron's crafts, customer satisfaction is our greatest concern. If there is anything not up to standard with the products received, please feel free to contact us via our contact page.
For all returns, please bring the item to your local evri or royal mail postage location. Items can also be dropped off at our store location if possible. Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse you for the original postage cost, should there be anything wrong the products recieved.
Guarantee & damages
Every item produced at Cameron's Crafts comes with a 30 day warranty period, which covers defects within materials and printing quality. Unfortunately, the warranty does not cover damages caused by personal use or shipping mistakes.
Please note that once the 30 day warranty period has ended, products are no longer eligible for returns or refunds.
